Step into Chef Lindsey’s Test Kitchen for an intimate evening experience where summer’s most vibrant ingredients take center stage.

This chef-led tasting explores the natural pairing of sweet stone fruit and savory depth—layering bright, ripe flavors with subtle smoke and richness. Each course is thoughtfully composed to showcase balance, contrast, and the kind of seasonal creativity that defines the Test Kitchen experience.

Designed as a relaxed, behind-the-scenes evening, guests are invited to settle in, sip, and enjoy as each dish is prepared and presented. No cooking required—just a seat at the table and a chance to experience something new.

Includes admission for one guest at our communal table, where the experience unfolds just beyond the kitchen.

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-served.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • With at least 48 hours’ notice, a credit toward a future workshop may be offered.
  • Credits are issued at the discretion of Butter + Whisk, based on the ability to refill the vacated seat.
  • If a spot is successfully filled, a full credit may be issued; otherwise, a partial credit may be offered.
  • Credits are valid for future public workshops only and must be used toward a new reservation.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
