Hands-On Culinary Experience

A spring-inspired brunch designed for teens who are ready to level up their kitchen skills.

During this hands-on workshop, participants will learn foundational culinary techniques while preparing a bright, seasonal brunch menu from scratch. From balancing flavors to plating with intention, this experience focuses on confidence, creativity, and real-world cooking skills.

Spring Brunch Menu Includes:

• Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Fresh Berry Compote
• Garden Vegetable Cast-Iron Frittata

Aprons provided during class.

Registration fee of $75 covers (1) one Teen Chef. All supplies and tools provided. Aprons provided for use during camp.

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-serve.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to offer a 50% credit toward a future purchase.
  • Butter + Whisk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if minimum enrollment is not met. Workshops with fewer than 4 guests will be moved to a new date. Guests will receive 72 hours’ notice if a date change occurs.
