In this hands-on workshop, guests will learn techniques for preparing perfectly cooked Herb-Crusted Lamb Lollipops, creating a flavorful crust of garlic, rosemary, and fresh herbs that complements the richness of the lamb. We'll pair them with a bright Lemon Herb Rice Pilaf and roasted summer vegetables finished with a balsamic glaze, allowing the season's freshest ingredients to take center stage.
To begin, we'll create a Charred Peach & Arugula Salad layered with creamy goat cheese and candied pecans—a beautiful balance of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors that captures the essence of summer.
