In this hands-on workshop, guests will learn the art of making fresh pasta from scratch before transforming it into a beautiful seasonal dish featuring roasted cherry tomatoes, sweet summer corn, crispy pancetta, fresh spinach, garlic, and a delicate white wine butter sauce. The combination is rich yet balanced—bringing together the sweetness of summer produce with the savory depth of pancetta and the comfort of handmade pasta.
We'll begin with Tomato & Basil Bruschetta, highlighting one of summer's most beloved ingredients, before gathering around plates of freshly made pasta and warm bread fresh from the oven.
