Step into Chef Lindsey’s Test Kitchen for one of our most intimate and sought-after culinary experiences. In this signature event, you’ll gather around the table as Chef Lindsey and her team prepare three inspired small-plate dishes—each thoughtfully paired with crisp, buttery wines.

Designed as a behind-the-scenes experience, these evenings let guests savor bold, seasonal flavors while Chef Lindsey tests new recipes for future workshops and catering menus. Relax, sip, and enjoy the journey—no cooking required.

These social events are perfect for food lovers who enjoy exploring new flavors in a relaxed setting. Must be 21+ to attend.

 

House Seat – $70
Includes admission for one guest at our house seating area while Chef Lindsey creates 3 small plates, each paired with a tasting of 3 wines.

VIP Seat – $80
Includes admission for one guest at our bar top seats—front row to all the action. Enjoy an intimate view as Chef Lindsey creates 3 small plates, each paired with 3 wine samples.

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-served.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • With at least 48 hours’ notice, a credit toward a future workshop may be offered.
  • Credits are issued at the discretion of Butter + Whisk, based on the ability to refill the vacated seat.
  • If a spot is successfully filled, a full credit may be issued; otherwise, a partial credit may be offered.
  • Credits are valid for future public workshops only and must be used toward a new reservation.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
