Step into Chef Lindsey's Test Kitchen for one of our most intimate and sought-after culinary experiences.

For this special evening, we'll draw inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of Argentina—a destination known for its vibrant food culture, world-class wines, and deep appreciation for gathering around the table. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a series of chef-prepared small plates showcasing seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and thoughtful techniques, each paired with wines selected to complement the experience.

Designed as a behind-the-scenes culinary journey, Test Kitchen evenings offer a glimpse into the creative process as Chef Lindsey explores new recipes, flavor combinations, and ideas that may eventually find their way onto future workshops, wine events, and catering menus.

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-served.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • With at least 48 hours’ notice, a credit toward a future workshop may be offered.
  • Credits are issued at the discretion of Butter + Whisk, based on the ability to refill the vacated seat.
  • If a spot is successfully filled, a full credit may be issued; otherwise, a partial credit may be offered.
  • Credits are valid for future public workshops only and must be used toward a new reservation.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
