In this hands-on workshop, guests will learn techniques for preparing perfectly seared scallops with a golden crust and tender center. Served alongside sweet summer corn and herb rice finished with a rich brown butter sauce, this dish celebrates the flavors of the season while showcasing one of the ocean's most elegant ingredients.
We'll begin with a vibrant salad of mixed greens, Cara Cara oranges, feta, and a bright lemon vinaigrette before gathering around a meal that feels both refined and approachable.
