Spanish Coastal Supper

A bold, coastal-inspired evening rooted in the rustic kitchens of Spain. This workshop is all about layering flavor—smoky chorizo, briny clams, and creamy cannellini beans simmered together in a garlicky white wine broth.

Guests will build depth through technique—rendering, deglazing, and finishing with fresh herbs—creating a dish that feels both hearty and refined. Served with warm bread for soaking up every last spoonful, this is the kind of cooking that brings people closer to the table.

Our hands-on cooking workshops are fun, social experiences perfect for all skill levels—no previous cooking experience required! Guests must be 15 years or older to attend.

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-served.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • With at least 48 hours’ notice, a credit toward a future workshop may be offered.
  • Credits are issued at the discretion of Butter + Whisk, based on the ability to refill the vacated seat.
  • If a spot is successfully filled, a full credit may be issued; otherwise, a partial credit may be offered.
  • Credits are valid for future public workshops only and must be used toward a new reservation.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
