Celebrate the start of a new year with a sparkling evening of coastal luxury. Guests will handcraft fresh pasta from scratch, then toss it in a silky prosecco cream sauce studded with tender lobster and herbs. The evening begins with a light citrus–arugula salad and warm bread and ends with a toast to new beginnings.
Experience Expectation:
A guided, hands-on pasta workshop with a celebratory touch. Each guest will make their own pasta dough, prepare a lobster-forward prosecco cream sauce, and enjoy their creations together. A complimentary glass of prosecco is included for a festive kickoff to 2026.

Our hands-on cooking workshops are fun, social experiences perfect for all skill levels—no previous cooking experience required! Guests must be 15 years or older to attend.
