Transport yourself to the sun-soaked shores of the Mediterranean in this bright and flavorful summer cooking experience.
Together, we'll explore simple techniques that allow seasonal ingredients to shine—balancing sweet, salty, fresh, and vibrant flavors in every course. Guests will begin with a refreshing Watermelon, Cucumber & Feta Salad accented with fresh mint before creating tender Lemon-Garlic Shrimp served alongside a fragrant herb rice pilaf. Warm flatbread paired with whipped feta completes a menu designed for sharing around the table.
