In this hands-on workshop, we'll bring those seaside traditions to the table with a menu inspired by classic New England summer gatherings. You'll learn techniques for preparing lobster, balancing bright seasonal flavors, and creating a meal that feels both elevated and effortlessly relaxed.

About Our Workshops:
Our hands-on cooking workshops are fun, social experiences perfect for all skill levels—no previous cooking experience required! Guests must be 15 years or older to attend.

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-served.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • With at least 48 hours’ notice, a credit toward a future workshop may be offered.
  • Credits are issued at the discretion of Butter + Whisk, based on the ability to refill the vacated seat.
  • If a spot is successfully filled, a full credit may be issued; otherwise, a partial credit may be offered.
  • Credits are valid for future public workshops only and must be used toward a new reservation.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
