All the romance of an alpine bistro—pepper, cognac, herbs, lemon—with Chef Lindsey coaching you through the fun parts. You’ll whisk, sear, and roast to golden perfection, then sit for a polished plate. Cozy, celebratory, weeknight-friendly.

  • Shaved Fennel & Winter Apple Salad — crisp fennel + tart apple, lemon-Dijon vinaigrette, shaved Parmigiano, herb crumbs

  • Peppercorn-Seared Sirloin — crackling pepper crust, cognac-cream pan sauce (silky, savory), chive finish

  • Crispy Herb-Roasted Fingerlings — rosemary, garlic, lemon zest; bronzed edges, fluffy centers

  • Buttered Haricots Verts — tender snap, garlic butter, lemon whisper

Our menus are designed to pair beautifully with a selection of refreshing wines and beers, available for purchase during your workshop. Server gratuity is not included in your ticket price. Coke, Diet Coke, tea, and water are also available.

About Our Workshops:
Our hands-on cooking workshops are fun, social experiences perfect for all skill levels—no previous cooking experience required! Guests must be 15 years or older to attend.

DUO ticket admits two guests to work together as a team. Your package includes all ingredients, tools, and materials needed to create a hands-on two-course culinary experience. Perfect for date night, a friend outing, or anyone who loves to cook together!

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-serve.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to offer a 50% credit toward a future purchase.
  • Butter + Whisk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if minimum enrollment is not met. Workshops with fewer than 4 guests will be moved to a new date. Guests will receive 72 hours’ notice if a date change occurs.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
