Butter + Whisk cakes are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
Ooey Gooey Cake needs to be stored in an airtight container and refrigerate. Up to 1 week.
For optimal freshness, we recommend freezing any cake you don’t plan to eat immediately.
When ready to eat, simply cut a slice and heat in microwave approximately 10 minutes until warm and gooey.
For freshness, we bake-to-order and try to minimize the time cakes are in transit. We highly recommend next day delivery for all cakes. *NOTE : Butter + Whisk isNOT responsible for cakes shipped ground.
We ship only Tuesday - Friday.
Your order will ship within in 2 days of placing order on our Tuesday - Friday shipping schedule.
Any orders received outside of shipping day window will ship on Tuesday.
We ship our Ooey Gooey Boxes within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available for the delivery. It is at the sole discretion of the delivery driver whether your package will be left, require a signature, or be redirected to an Access Point for pick up.
We DO NOT require signatures for deliveries. Butter + Whisk is not responsible if packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Mail carriers may experience unexpected delays. There may be a time in which your Friday delivery gets delayed until Monday, due to weather or operational delays. Butter + Whisk is NOTresponsible for shipping carrier delays.
