A French-inspired evening where comfort meets sophistication. Guests will prepare cast-iron pork tenderloin with maple-dijon pan jus, paired with parmesan-chive rice pilaf and a citrus-fennel salad. Hearty, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
Experience Expectation:
Hands-on, chef-guided cooking experience. Each pair cooks their own pork tenderloin and pan sauce with step-by-step instruction.
Our menus are designed to pair beautifully with a selection of refreshing wines and beers, available for purchase during your workshop. Server gratuity is not included in your ticket price.
