Each evening features a curated menu crafted and plated by Chef Lindsey, paired with exceptional wines chosen by our Level III Sommelier flown in from New York—ensuring every sip and bite tells the story of the region.

Our most anticipated culinary journey returns—reimagined for 2026.
This year, the Passport Series evolves into a fully seated, five-course dining experience—crafted, plated, and presented by Chef Lindsey and her team. Each evening invites guests to explore a new destination through the language of flavor, texture, and storytelling.
While the aprons are set aside, the spirit of participation remains. Guests will encounter interactive tablescapes and edible centerpieces that awaken the senses—fresh herbs to clip and crush, artisanal breads to break together, fruits and spices woven into the art of the table. In our Executive Lounge, guests may be invited to assemble a dish or finishing element before returning to their seat for the next course, guided personally by Chef Lindsey.
