A bright and coastal-inspired evening built around clean flavors, citrus, and olive oil. Guests will prepare a beautifully seared seafood centerpiece paired with fresh herbs and simple, elegant sides.

Light yet satisfying, this menu brings the warmth of the Mediterranean to the table.

  • Starter: Cucumber & Tomato Salad with Lemon & Feta
  • Main: Seared Scallops with Lemon & Olive Oil 
  • Side: Herbed Couscous with Roasted Vegetables

Our menus are designed to pair beautifully with a selection of refreshing wines and beers, available for purchase during your workshop. Server gratuity is not included in your ticket price.

About Our Workshops:
Our hands-on cooking workshops are fun, social experiences perfect for all skill levels—no previous cooking experience required! Guests must be 15 years or older to attend.

DUO ticket admits two guests to work together as a team. Your package includes all ingredients, tools, and materials needed to create a hands-on culinary experience. Perfect for date night, a friend outing, or anyone who loves to cook together!

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-served.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • With at least 48 hours’ notice, a credit toward a future workshop may be offered.
  • Credits are issued at the discretion of Butter + Whisk, based on the ability to refill the vacated seat.
  • If a spot is successfully filled, a full credit may be issued; otherwise, a partial credit may be offered.
  • Credits are valid for future public workshops only and must be used toward a new reservation.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
