Amore Italiano: A Romantic Pasta Workshop for Two

Step into an evening of Italian romance as you and your guest craft fresh handmade pasta together, then fold it into a luxuriously rich Chicken Marsala sauce — simmered with mushrooms, garlic, herbs, and a velvety wine reduction.

The night begins with a light antipasto tasting and a warm welcome from Chef Lindsey before you dive into rolling, shaping, and creating pasta from scratch as a pair. You’ll sauté your chicken, build your Marsala pan sauce, and bring your pasta dish together in true trattoria fashion. Warm bread accompanies the meal for the perfect finishing touch.

Our menus are designed to pair beautifully with a selection of refreshing wines and beers, available for purchase during your workshop. Server gratuity is not included in your ticket price.

About Our Workshops:
Our hands-on cooking workshops are fun, social experiences perfect for all skill levels—no previous cooking experience required! Guests must be 15 years or older to attend.

DUO ticket admits two guests to work together as a team. Your package includes all ingredients, tools, and materials needed to create a hands-on culinary experience. Perfect for date night, a friend outing, or anyone who loves to cook together!

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-serve.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to offer a 50% credit toward a future purchase.
  • Butter + Whisk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if minimum enrollment is not met. Workshops with fewer than 4 guests will be moved to a new date. Guests will receive 72 hours’ notice if a date change occurs.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
