Join Chef Lindsey for a relaxed, NEW midday edition of her signature Test Kitchen. Instead of a heavy dinner service, you’ll enjoy a lighter tasting of seasonal dishes—think silky soups, crisp salads, warm artisan breads, and chef-driven bites that showcase what she’s developing for future workshops and catering menus. You’ll be seated, not cooking, with plenty of time to chat, ask questions, and taste what’s next from the Butter + Whisk kitchen.

What to expect

  • Format: Seated tasting; no cooking required

  • Menu style: 2–3 seasonal small plates (lighter lunchtime portions)

  • Wine: Available à la carte (21+); sparkling waters & soda offered

  • Length: 60–75 minutes

  • Price: $50 per person (wine and dessert option add ons)

  • Seating: Limited

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-serve.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to offer a 50% credit toward a future purchase.
  • Butter + Whisk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if minimum enrollment is not met. Workshops with fewer than 4 guests will be moved to a new date. Guests will receive 72 hours’ notice if a date change occurs.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
