Teens will sharpen their kitchen skills and bring their culinary ideas to life! Over six exciting weeks, each participant will create and perfect their own signature recipe—then present it at a one-day community tasting event at the end of the program.

Hands-on, creative, and confidence-building—this experience is perfect for teens who love food, flavor, and a challenge.

Ages 13–17 | 6 Week Intensive | One-Day Community Showcase

In the Teen Chef program, aspiring chefs ages 13–17 will take their culinary passion to the next level. Over the course of 6 weeks, teens will build essential kitchen skills, explore advanced techniques, and develop their own signature dish—from concept to execution.

With guidance from Chef Lindsey, each teen will design and refine a unique recipe, learning the process of testing, adjusting, and presenting their final creation. The program culminates in a community event, where participants proudly serve their dish to guests in a professional-style tasting experience.

This program encourages independence, creativity, and confidence—perfect for teens considering a future in food, hospitality, or entrepreneurship.

Registration & Program Support

$150 registration fee is required to reserve your child’s spot in the Teen Chef program. This fee covers all instruction, ingredients, supplies, and materials for the 6 weeks.

At the end of the program, we’ll host three separate “Serve the Community” events, each featuring a 3-course tasting menu. Every teen chef will be assigned to one event date, where their unique dish will be featured as part of the menu for ticketed guests.

This format gives each chef room to shine, ensures a smooth service experience, and lets the community enjoy a professionally presented tasting event! The funds raised from this event will be reinvested into future youth programs—helping to grow opportunities for more young chefs to learn, lead, and shine!

By participating, your teen not only gains hands-on experience but also becomes part of a greater mission to inspire the next generation of culinary entrepreneurs.

Photo + Video release forms will be required per participant.

Program Duration: Each Wednesday afternoon beginning August 20th @4-6pm and final class/prep day on one of the Community Event Dates :  Sept 24th, Sept 25th or Sept 26th @ 6pm.
