SHRIMP LINGUINE WORKSHOP

Transport yourself to the Italian coastline with a summer pasta experience built around bold citrus, fresh seafood, and simple, beautiful technique.

In this hands-on workshop, guests will create handmade linguine from scratch—learning to roll, cut, and prepare fresh pasta before finishing it in a light, elegant sauce of white wine, garlic, and lemon. Tender shrimp are folded in at just the right moment, creating a dish that feels both vibrant and deeply satisfying.

The evening begins with citrus-marinated olives, setting the tone with bright, briny notes, and continues with charred broccolini drizzled in chili-lemon oil—bringing balance, texture, and a subtle heat to the table.

This is summer cooking at its finest—clean flavors, thoughtful technique, and dishes designed to be shared.

Our hands-on cooking workshops are fun, social experiences perfect for all skill levels—no previous cooking experience required! Guests must be 15 years or older to attend.

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-served.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • With at least 48 hours’ notice, a credit toward a future workshop may be offered.
  • Credits are issued at the discretion of Butter + Whisk, based on the ability to refill the vacated seat.
  • If a spot is successfully filled, a full credit may be issued; otherwise, a partial credit may be offered.
  • Credits are valid for future public workshops only and must be used toward a new reservation.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
