Mediterranean Surf & Sea Workshop

Celebrate the flavors of the coast in this elegant seafood experience. Guests will pan-sear shrimp and scallops, then finish them in a white-wine sauce with artichokes, olives, and herbs. Paired with saffron-lemon rice and a bright chickpea salad, this is Mediterranean dining at its best.

Experience Expectation:
A hands-on workshop featuring fresh seafood techniques and quick pan sauces. Each couple cooks their own station with step-by-step guidance from the chef.

Our menus are designed to pair beautifully with a selection of refreshing wines and beers, available for purchase during your workshop. Server gratuity is not included in your ticket price.

About Our Workshops:
Our hands-on cooking workshops are fun, social experiences perfect for all skill levels—no previous cooking experience required! Guests must be 15 years or older to attend.

DUO ticket admits two guests to work together as a team. Your package includes all ingredients, tools, and materials needed to create a hands-on culinary experience. Perfect for date night, a friend outing, or anyone who loves to cook together!

Workshop Policies

  • All registrations are first-come, first-serve.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to offer a 50% credit toward a future purchase.
  • Butter + Whisk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if minimum enrollment is not met. Workshops with fewer than 4 guests will be moved to a new date. Guests will receive 72 hours’ notice if a date change occurs.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the workshop.
