Cookies and ice cream are always a hit with kids and these are especially fun to make with the littles. Break out some toppings to dunk the ice cream cookie sandwiches in like sprinkles, chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips. Candy pieces and fresh fruit are delicious additions too.
